My Brain – Training Classes for SPONGE BRAIN

Book 3 offers lots of suggestions as to how we can learn to retrain Sponge Brain so that Dinosaur Brain only roars when we really are in danger. It helps us to recognise how we feel when Dinosaur is about to roar, where we might notice it in our bodies and what we can do to lower our anxiety and calm ourselves.
